2. I paid by credit card, why do I see an extra charge in my bank account for one order?
Your credit card is charge 10% more than your order as a "pending" transaction. This allows us to add any customer-requested items or tip to the original transaction/order. Once the order is finalized, the payment will be captured for the exact amount.
3. Should I tip my driver?
Your driver works for delivery fees and your gratitude. They make every effort to earn your consideration through professionalism in appearance and demeanor, attention to detail while facilitating your delivery and transporting your food with care. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

8. How to avoid delayed first time CASH orders
Simply place your order online. If necessary, our staff will contact you to confirm order details. All first-time cash orders will be contacted by customer service to confirm your order before placing it with a restaurant. To avoid delays with your first time Cash orders please enter information as accurately as possible.9. What if there is a problem with my order?

Please note when placing large cash orders that our drivers normally don't carry more than $20 on them so PLEASE make sure to have change. Thank you!
11. What types of orders can be refunded
WE ARE A BAHAMAIN OWNED DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER THEREFORE WE CHARGE A MARK UP OF 12% FOR PARTNERED RESTAURANTS AND 15% FOR NON PARTNERED RESTURANTS. THIS HANDLES MOST OPERATING COST WITH A ADMIN FEES THAT ARE ALSO ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL BILL AT CHECKOUT.
