What we collect
Name, phone number, email, and pickup/drop-off addresses when you request a quote, book a job, or message us on WhatsApp. If you apply to drive for us, we also collect your driver's license and proof of insurance. If you sign up for email updates, we keep the email you gave us and whether you opted in.
What we don't collect
We never ask for card numbers or government ID over WhatsApp, and we don't store full card numbers anywhere. Card payments run through PayPal's own secure checkout, we never see or hold that information ourselves.
How we use it
To quote, schedule, and deliver your job, to invoice you, and to keep a record in case a delivery needs to be traced or a dispute needs sorting out. We send marketing emails only to people who've actually said yes to getting them, never automatically because you gave us an email for a receipt.
Site tracking
Gofadis.com uses cookies and similar tools, our own analytics to see which pages get visited, and Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. This helps us understand what's working and improve the site. It doesn't collect payment information.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information, full stop. It's shared only with who actually needs it to get your job done: our drivers, the vendor you're picking up from if you named one, and the payment or email providers that process a transaction or a send on our behalf.
How long we keep it
As long as it's useful for the reasons above, order history, invoicing, and staying reachable if a job needs revisiting. If you ask us to delete your information and there's no active job or legal reason to keep it, we will.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you, no questions asked. To see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp or email info@gofadis.com and we'll handle it directly.
